The Imperial Redevelopment Committee is a community group comprised of members from various single-family residential neighborhoods in Sugar Land, all directly impacted by the proposed Imperial redevelopment. The primary purpose of the Committee is to identify priority issues regarding the Imperial redevelopment and communicate the community’s objectives to both Johnson Development and the City of Sugar Land.

The mission of the Imperial Redevelopment Committee:
To work with the City of Sugar Land and Johnson Development Corporation in providing counseling and input from established area neighborhoods to ensure optimal redevelopment of the Imperial Tract whereby the City of Sugar Land, Johnson Development and surrounding communities are positively impacted.
